I paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay – where are my tickets?

If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your tickets and membership emails go to the email address linked to that Apple or Google account.

When you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay, your order uses the email address saved in your Apple or Google account. This means:

  • Your ticket or membership confirmation email is sent to that email address.
  • To see your tickets in the INTIX app or your online account, log in with that same email address.

Can't find your email?

  1. Check which email address is linked to your Apple Pay or Google Pay account.
  2. Search that inbox, including the junk or spam folder, for an email from INTIX.

Need the details changed?
For security and privacy reasons, INTIX can't change the account details on orders paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Please contact the event organiser, who may be able to help. They may ask you to confirm:

  • the event name
  • the email address used for the purchase
  • the last four digits of the card used
