Self-managing your account - what you can edit or control, and what we can do for you.

Log in to INTIX to view your tickets:
AU - intix.com.au
NZ - intix.co.nz
UK - intix.co.uk

Below are the most used features that you can self-manage.

My Account

Click on My Profile to:

  • change your contact phone number:
    My Profile > Profile Details > Update Mobile Number > Add Number
  • change your password

Update Mobile Phone Number in Account

Click on Billing Information to:

  • add a debit/credit card to your account

Click on My Settings to:

  • Contact Preferences - to unsubscribe from (or re-subscribe to) an organisation or club that you have previously interacted with
  • delete your account (Important! This is permanent, and you will lose access to your tickets and memberships)

Click on "Need Help?" to:

  • search and browse the guides in our extensive Help Centre

 

What you cannot edit, you can request we action for you!

NOTEYour email address cannot be changed. Your account is based on your unique email address. If you want to use a different email address to access your tickets - easy! Simply create a new account with your preferred email address. Be sure to forward all tickets from your old account to the new one, and you're all set!
