Flexible ticket packages are sold through an organisation (or club's) membership site. This is a great way to buy a specified number of tickets and redeem them to applicable events.
Ticket packages give you flexibility instead of committing to an entire season ticket, while providing cost savings over purchasing individual tickets to events.
How do I redeem my tickets against an event?
- Go to the club or organisation's Membership Page
- Login with the contact email address and password (if not sure of password, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts)
- Select "REDEEM" on ticket packages
Only events that your Ticket Packages apply to will display. Select the event you want to redeem tickets for.
Choose the number of tickets (minimum is 1, max is their entire allocation) you wish to redeem on the event and click Confirm.
The ticket(s) will appear in your online INTIX account where you can download, print, or forward them. You will receive a confirmation email for the order, and if PDF delivery is enabled by the event organiser, you will receive your tickets via email.
You can make additional purchases up to a maximum of the usages at any later date until the event closes.
