# I can no longer attend an event. Where can I sell my ticket?

## You may only sell tickets purchased via INTIX on the official INTIX resale page at face value.

**Any tickets re-sold on other channels (including Viagogo, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace) may be cancelled without refund, and entry to the event will not be granted.**

Ticket resale is only available for events which have re-sale enabled by the Event Organiser.

Read the [Resale Sellers Guide](https://customer.intix.com/resale-tickets-sellers?hsLang=en-au) for more information.

### How much does it cost to re-sell my ticket?

The ticket resale fee is determined by individual event organisers. Check the resale section inside your account to find the resale fee.
