Where are my tickets?

Having trouble locating tickets you purchased?

There are three ways to see your tickets:

  1. Your online account - Go to intix.com.au

    Log in with the email address you used in the checkout process, and the password you chose when creating your account. 

  2. Download the free INTIX app available for Apple and Android devices.

    Download the app to your phone or tablet, and log in with the same credentials as your online account (email address and password)

  3. Email - if the event organiser enabled PDF delivery of tickets, you will have received them in your inbox. Search for INTIX for the confirmation and ticket emails. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case they landed there.

 

Forgot your password?

  1. Login to INTIX:
    AU - intix.com.au
    NZ - intix.co.nz
    UK - intix.co.uk
    US - intix.com
    Enter your email address, and select “Forgot Password” if you don't remember it and need to reset. 
  2. Confirm the email address for the account. You will receive an email with a one-time code to reset your password

  3. Go back to the intix.com.au password reset screen where it asks for the one-time code. Once confirmed, you will choose a new password.
    (must contain upper and lower-case letters, a number, and a special character ie. $#&%?!)
  4. Back to the login page, you may enter your email and new password!

Troubleshooting tips:

  • are you logging in with the correct email address? (.com vs .net, @gmail vs @icloud matters). Or perhaps you received a complimentary ticket that was sent to your work email or signed up with your work email but you're trying to log in with your personal email address.
  • did you use guest checkout? Check your inbox/spam for the PDF ticket. This ticket won't appear in your account, because you checked out as a guest. Email help@intix.com for assistance.
  • if you well and truly cannot locate your tickets, don't fret! The gate staff at the event can search your name on the Attendee List and check you in manually.

NOTE: INTIX can only help you with tickets purchased through INTIX. If you purchased tickets through another provider you will need to contact them directly.
